Vegetable Quiche & Salad
Only the freshest vegetables fill this French style quiche. It is bound together by local eggs, cream and an array of imported cheeses that make for one delicious pie. A fresh Molto Salad accompanies. 19 (If chef does not do a quiche, she usually does a panade in it's place ;)
Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Roast
This delicious wedge of cottage cheese roast is baked golden brown and served with a dollop of our fresh dill & sour cream sauce. It is accompanied with our Molto Salad. 17
There are always 1 or more Vegetarian Specials added to these selections daily & our soup is almost always a vegetarian selection. ALSO, there are always at least 3 vegetarian appetizers that are meant for at least 2 to share or make for a delicious meal with a soup or salad added. *A Molto Salad means ‘Everything fresh & in Abundance’. Basically, the chef will decide what is the freshest & most flattering to your dish, assemble it with gusto & abbondanza! Hence, a Molto Insalata (Salad)! A Molto Salad can have just about any type of vegetable, fruit, nut, seed or croutons. If you are particularly unadventurous when it comes to this fresh array of culinary surprises, then you would be better off ordering our deliciously simple house salad.
