organic gardeners, as well as imported recipes and cheeses!

Parmigiano - Reggiano, Palettie will entertain your palate with a symphony
of pure taste. It is our goal to unearth an all-new feast of
fabulous food that is first and foremost made from scratch with the
freshest ingredients possible and also extremely affordable for
our every day, local connoisseurs.
The name Palettie has many meanings to the
owner, but most importantly it is a play on the words Palate &
Palette. Palate being your sense of taste & Palette being the artists palette of colors.
So, as well as entertaining your palate,
the restaurant will be showcasing aspiring artists on the walls at
Palettie.
