Each day we will be providing you with mouthwatering cuisine that dives into the diverse realm of many regions greatest culinary finds. We will be using local Boonsboro farms such as Danny Rohrer's DaKaRoh Farm, organic beef and local organic gardeners as well as imported recipes and cheeses! From New Zealand's purest honey to Italy's famous Parmigiano-Reggiano, Palettie will entertain your palate with a symphony of pure taste. It is our goal to unearth an all-new feast of fabulous food that is first and foremost made from scratch with the freshest ingredients possible and also extremely affordable for our every day, local connoisseurs. The name Palettie has many meanings to the owner, but most importantly it is a play on the words Palate & Palette. Palate being your sense of taste & Palette being an artists palette of colors. As well as entertaining your palate, the restaurant will be showcasing aspiring artists on the walls at Palettie. Currently, we are presenting the Laura Renee Davis collections!
