Warm Brie de Palettie
Topped with seared fruit in a butter and brown sugar sauce and served with warm crostini.  This is a house favorite!  10
Roasted Red peppers
Marinated in extra virgin olive oil, over hot crostini with a Tuscan ricotta cheese spread and drizzled with a balsamic tar  9
Fresh Mozzarella
Set in a 'bit' of our balsamic vinaigarette with grape tomatoes, fresh basil & Romano and drizzled with the balsamic tar  8

Molto Salad
This salad being a signature dish of Chef Lettie's, has become very popular! 
The salad can have any type of green, fruit, nut, seed or crouton. I will have at least 4 fresh fruits.  What ever is fresh and in abundance to chef that day will come together with the balsamic fig vinegarette and fill a large plate quite well.   13
Italian House Salad
Romain hearts & mesculin mix fill this bowl and are individually tossed and seasoned by chef.  This simple yet delicious salad has Romano & Parmesan cheeses as well as our homemade rosemary and sun dried tomato croutons   7
Entree`s

Policano’s Pasta
This is our house specialty. Every Italian prides themselves in their family’s spaghetti, meatballs & sauce.  My family’s Sauce is rich in color as well as flavor. It is on the mild side when it comes to spice yet very aromatic. This savory sauce gets its gloss from being simmered with a fresh cut chicken the majority of its cooking time. The fresh ground chuck meatballs are light in color because of the ricotta cheese and
milk soaked bread running through the mixture.

Be assured that our fresh cut beef is local, from DaKaRoh Farm and is; grain fed, free range, chemical and hormone FREE.

Please call between 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to your desired pick up time.
 
If you have forgotten your eyeglasses, just tell your server and they will provide you with a complementary loaner pair.  Also, if you have forgotten an umbrella and you need one for a dry return to your vehicle, we will provide you with one at no charge.
