Policano’s Pasta
This is our house specialty. Every Italian prides themselves in their family’s spaghetti, meatballs & sauce. My family’s Sauce is rich in color as well as flavor. It is on the mild side when it comes to spice yet very aromatic. This savory sauce gets its gloss from being simmered with a fresh cut chicken the majority of its cooking time. The fresh ground chuck meatballs are light in color because of the ricotta cheese and milk soaked bread running through the mixture.
